What we collect

Only what we need to fulfil your order: email, name, phone number and shipping address. Payment is handled by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. We do not store raw IP addresses; a salted hash is used for abuse prevention.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order emails, handle returns, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data. We send occasional new-product announcements only if you separately opt in at checkout; you can withdraw that consent by contacting autohelp@jeckun.cc.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your data, email autohelp@jeckun.cc.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
